Prophesy...

If 60% of American’s believe the prophesies in Revelation why aren’t more of them living like it?  Could it be that the prophesies in Revelation are so vivid in its description of end of this world that we shut our eyes to the reality of it all?   We believe but we don’t think it’s real???

I am among the millions of Christians that believe we are living in the last days.  I have a sense of urgency to learn as much as I can about God and the prophesies which foretell the end of this world.  I want to know what to expect as a Christian in a world that is growing more and more anti-Christian.  God has a plan and it’s laid out in His book The Holy Bible and I want to know that plan inside out, backward and forward.  I don’t want to leave anything to chance.

Heaven and hell are real places.  They exist for their created purposes.  Will you spend eternity with the Father of creation in heaven or the father of perdition in hell?  The choice is yours and only yours.  No one can make that choice for you.  If we are among the 60% of American’s that believe the prophesies in Revelation are real (and I am) than we should be living like we do.

Scripture

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.  1 Timothy 3:1

First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.  2 Peter 3:3

"When you see 'the abomination that causes desolation' standing where it does not belong--let the reader understand--then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.  Mark 13:14

Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.  Revelation 13:14

America The Beautiful

Psalm 33:11  Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He chose for His inheritance.
Life as we know it is coming to an end.  The economy is in the tank and our president seems determined to give the farm away and lead us like sheep to the slaughter as the entire world looks on with great anticipation of the collapse of our great country.  We as Christians should be aware that we are fast becoming outcasts in our society and the world.     Christians have read the final chapter of the book (the Bible) so we know how it ends but that doesn’t mean  we won’t have to endure/survive the hard times ahead that seem inevitable because of the current status of our world.  We should start preparing for the very scary future as this president turns us into a fascists Nation with the far left liberals in total control.

I am not trying to scare anyone but the writing is on the wall.  Our Nation is being controlled by the far left and they have only one agenda “to be in power at any cost”.  They will take away our guns and our right of religious freedom if we don’t stand up for our beliefs and our constitutional rights as citizens of this great nation.

If you are one of the many citizens of the United States that have their heads in sand and say whatever happens happens than please take a few minutes and visit the following web sites.  They will enlighten you if not inspire you to do something to keep our country from fascists leadership and government control which will be the end of our Nation as we know it.

Remember we were founded on Christian ideals and we stand as ONE NATION UNDER GOD. But if God is taken out of the picture we will surly fall.

God bless and keep each and every one of you safe today and always.

When We Get To Heaven.....

A friend of mine and I were talking about the all out assault on Christianity these days and how thankful we are that we are saved and know that when we die we will go to heaven to be with our Lord.  During our conversation she said “I’m not ready to die because heaven will probably be boring with nothing to do”.  I wonder how many Christians think of heaven this way.

There are many unanswered questions about this life and life in heaven that will remain unanswered until we meet our Lord.  When we get to heaven our eyes will be opened!  We will be able to see and understand the mysteries of our lives on earth.  God will reveal all He was doing in our lives; how He used our lives on earth to further His Kingdom. This is why I am looking forward to heaven.

I know that I will die at just the right moment, no sooner no later.  My life is in God’s hands so I should live this life in anticipation of heaven – we all should.  We should live our lives by faith knowing that we have a purpose and we will know and understand that purpose when we get to heaven.  I think there will be a few light bulb moments.  Don’t you?

When we see Jesus face to face all things will be made clear.  We will have no more questions or doubts.  Just complete understanding of His infinite goodness and wisdom. I think the best part will be when we are transformed from faith to sight.  It is like that song “I can only imagine”.  I am overwhelmed with just the thought of seeing my Jesus face to face.  I can only imagine.

Although the bible is not clear about how we will live when we get to heaven, it does tell us that “Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.  1 John 3:2

SCRIPTURES

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like His glorious body.  Philippians 3:20-21

"I tell you the truth, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.  John 5:24

For I consider the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.  Romans 8:18

In Him and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.  Ephesians 3:12
